Financial Policies

Financial counseling is available to assist patients with copayment, deductible balances, insurance coverage questions and patient surgical costs.

Patients with an annual deductible plan over $1,000 are required to pay $150.00 at each visit until the deductible is met. Uninsured patients are required to pay a $250 deposit (at each office visit) toward their services. Financial payment plans are available based on hardship.

Any health plan requiring a referral is the responsibility of the patient to bring at the time of their visit, or their appointment may be rescheduled. 

Workers' Compensation and Auto Accident patients are required to provide claim information prior to their visit.

Online Bill Pay

Pay Your Bill

Our online Bill Pay feature utilizes Sage Payment Solutions credit card processing. A Sage account is not required to process your payment.

When you make a payment using Sage, your credit card information will not be stored by New England Orthopedics Surgeons. All credit card processing is handled through Sage.
